So I just needed a place to store a few things for a week while I was backpacking. They really were helpful and got me a great deal. The lady I spoke with was truly customer oriented and professional. Though I have not yet used the space I rented so I cannot speak to the actual space, the up font communication and the easy of renting the unit remotely was outstanding. If it all goes as planned, this will make my my trip to Washington so much easier.

Kenny was awesome . Very respectful. Helped me sign my lease in office because had difficulty on line. Then I requested a different storage unit, extremely helpful and nice about that.

The staff at Extra Space Storage in Vancouver, WA are absolutely amazing. We came across each other in an unlikely way. Long story short, I hired a moving company to move my household items from Oregon to Tennessee. Two months after my items were picked up and never delivered to Tennessee, I found out my stuff was stored in a unit at Extra Space Storage in Washington, I reached out and the staff has been more helpful and kind in the last few weeks, then the moving company has for months. Hopefully the moving company will do the right thing and release the unit so I can put the storage unit in my name. Kenny (store manager) is willing to work with us to coordinate getting my items back, once the moving company releases the unit. Thank you Extra Space Storage for going above and beyond and assisting me in the hopes of recovering my household items!

Excellent customer service!! Kenny was helpful and made my move in quick and easy. The office is nice, and well stocked with moving supplies, and the property is clean and secure. Staff members are helpful and friendly, and the app is very user friendly. I’m very happy with my experience!!
