Cool facility, clean and good security. But ever since I moved into one of the covered spots on April 25, I’ve noticed that none of the electrical stations/posts have power to them. I want to be charging my batteries in my toy hauler and keeping the trailer acclimated. Simple option that’s offered on the lease for the covered spots which should be usable, right? I’ve asked three times for someone to address the issue. Well, It’s May 23 and still no power to my trailer. Issue needs to be resolved. Other than that, good storage.

I have used this facility 3 different times for car/truck/boat storage and have always been happy. Never happier than tonight - I am writing this from the airport, which I would not be had Zach not come to my rescue when I arrived after hours and couldn’t get in, he was sympathetic to my circumstances and I am now able to make my flight to see my family for thanksgiving. I will never use another storage facility in the greater Portland area. Yay Zach!

This place deserves 0 stars. We stored our RV here because we thought it was secure with the gate and surveillance.. it was stolen in the middle of the day 1:30pm and the storage only noticed 2 WEEKS later and notified us. The guy who stole it only tried the password 4 times before guessing it, and their security never noticed? It was stolen on the 2nd of the month, they noticed 2 weeks later but charged us for the entire month and never refunded us, and rented our spot out to someone else the same month.. there have been lots of reports of stolen RVs from here midday lately, seems a bit too easy and suspicious to me especially from a “secure” storage facility. We luckily had insurance, but either way it’s not worth the hassle. Avoid at all costs unless you want your things stolen.
