The seats were comfortable. Six of us went together. Two of us had trouble getting up the steps to our seats but they were shallow enough we could use the hand rail and make it. Note: we are in our 70s and have mobility issues but chose not to bring our walkers.

Not a pleasant experience on this day due to a "point of sale error." However, it was made worse by the attitude and behavior of the manager on duty. This will be the last time we attend a movie at this location. Customers, no matter what category of customers, should never be treated like an unworthy person or made to feel embarrassed or harassed in front of a lobby half-full of customers for something out of the customers control. This is not the first issue if bad customer service from this theatre location. Some customer service retraining needs to be addressed. As for the movie, Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent was a knockout. The auditorium was clean and the seats comfy. But the first 10 minutes being there that set the tone, that felt like an eternity of massive weight, massively missed the target of ideal customer service and hung like a dark cloud over the good time of my wife's and myself.

So nice to be back! Had a wonderful time and the theater is very clean and the staff is happy to be back. Still seems pretty clean in the theaters but the bathrooms could use a little better cleaning. Overall it is our favorite

Thanks to covid, another private screening for the price of two tickets. The theater was basically a ghost town run by a skeleton crew. The individuals I interacted with at concessions to get my tickets and popcorn we're very personable. About what you would expect at a movie theater, except for all the people. The seats were comfortable, sound was good and the projector crisp and bright.
