Retail store 0 star. Online ebay store 5. Not much else I can say except the local store is a rip off. Don't waste your time in store.

I come to this cardshop bi-weekly to pick up a pokemon pack or two I've bought a total of 15 packs from this place all have been duds including today I don't want to be that guy but it seems that they weigh there packs other than that everything else is ok

I'd really only go here if your a well established collector, or picking up pokemon cards for the kids. This was my second time visiting the store, and both times the employee made me feel unwelcome, even when I was showing interest in collecting as a new collector. I may be a new sport card collector, but am not a new collector of fine tradeable cardboard cards. This is sub par at best so far. There was a lady who was nice to my kids, so that's what got the extra star, or this rating would have been a 1.

My review strictly has to do with Columbia hobby’s online store. They are completely ill mannered and awful to deal with. It baffles me how a company can treat their customers so bad
