Overall I would rate this place neutral/ acceptable. Dining area could have been a little cleaner in hard to reach areas. I get that the area is in use and hard to clean throughout the day but I shouldn't see anything older than 1 day. Rolls were not super fresh but seemed like maybe they warmed them a while. They were warm on the outside, not on the inside. I had the surf & turf. I've had better lobster but it was very good. I would definitely rate it higher than Schellengers. Decent service from our waitress. If you like a good drink selection, they have fun ones. I would eat here again. Nice view of the boats in the marina too. Prices are elevated here because it's a tourist town, but I will say the prices are a little more upscale than the experience. Just being honest here, but this is the case with a lot of restaurants in seasonal tourist towns. When you get the check, you either think "seems a bit high/sounds about right/wow, what a great value". I was somewhere between seems a bit high and sounds about right. I was only here once. Your mileage may vary!

Beautiful place. Had about 15 to 20 minute wait due to Convention. Food was great and worth the wait. The open air of the restaurant next to the water and boats was great.

Our early bird, or "sunset menu" is served every day from 4 to 5:30.
I believe there 4 to 6 but you definitely want to get there early as they fill up fast and the wait can be long

If your looking for a cool place on the water to eat sure but the prices were kinda high and the food kinda ok.
Every seat has a water view. Some better than others but they will always give you the best available. Enjoy
