This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a medical facility. My husband and I arrived bed well before his appointment time so as to make sure all his paperwork was handled and received. We came in, gave his ID and insurance card to the receptionist, and then sat down to wait. His appointment was at 10:00am. Whilst waiting, numerous patients came in and faced issues regarding their appointments. One woman had been scheduled for an XRay at the same facility however, someone had made a clerical error and placed her at a different location. The woman “helping” this patient was incredibly rude to her, essentially barking at her to go elsewhere. When another patient told the woman that she could go to a different location by walk-in the receptionist argued with the patient telling her she was wrong (even though the patient had previously visited the facility in mention days prior and had walked-in). After the woman left, the receptionist explained to another employee that their website stated they offer XRay at this particular location, but they do not, so this happens frequently. How is this not fixed?! An elderly man who has been waiting over 45 min for his appointment became very frustrated, he had to complain in order to be seen. My husband and I sort of looked at each other surprised at how many issues had arose. By 11pm, my husband had still not been called back, so he asked the receptionist how much longer. She asked him “Did you check in?” In complete mind blowing response, my husband replied “you checked me in! You took my ID and Insurance” suddenly everyone was confused as to how he had not been checked in. The receptionist went back to figure out the issue and returned to tell us he could be “fit in” at 11:40… “fit in” and would we like to wait. Would we like to wait?! Absolutely not! However it’s an urgent matter so we HAD to wait. I’m honestly really surprised an office is run so poorly and managed so poorly. They need serious overhaul on staff.

It was my first time at this facility and I had no issues with the front desk and or the technician. They were all very nice and welcoming. The technician that did the testing was very kind and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain what the procedure entailed and was very patient. I would definitely use this facility again.

I went in to get a CT scan and was my first time at the Pasadena location. The front desk people were helpful and friendly. The scanning technician was very nice. The procedure was very quick. Overall my visit was very pleasant and great. I would go there again.

Whole process of getting MRI done at the imaging center was really simple. I was able to complete all registration process online before getting to my appointment. When I got there I was called into MRI room within 10 min and was out of the office with in 25 min. Very efficient!!
