As expected from a freightliner dealer, waiting times are longer than expected. You must come with spare time to wait since they will take their times plus this dealer is a small branch of velocity group. They need more people to get things done fast.

The time I spent in the shop was very devastating, trouble and useless. The manager is unprofessional and see things in race wise definitely. I was told to stay for 4 hrs in that area without waiting room inorder to get ma truck fix unfortunately they made me stay for like whole day that was touble and stressed. U know what they didn't even updating me what was going on they were just qiut de whole day and then at de end of de day they couldn't fix it for my def Detroit system they made me waste ma time, ma $400 bills everything. I advice any customers to get something negative attitude or whatever before going there. So I recommend any customer to not going to de poor quality, unprofessional shop.

Dedicated hard-working staff mechanics and office personnel doing their best to make sure that your time with them is productive and they answer your questions within the best of their ability repairs generally are good if not better than some other locations when you get things repaired you generally don't have to go back to the same thing twice like I said good place to have your truck worked on

Unfortunately this location does not. Our Fontana and Whittier locations are the closest facilities with that ability.
