I wish I can give lower rate than one star because we are so disappointed with this service. We had have our repair claim initiated by Sears protection back in May 2020 to repair a leak with Ice dispenser. We have four technicians coming to our home to take a look on the issue and two of them run actual repair but the leak is still there as we had reported from first day. My last chat/talk with Sears representative, they promised me they will reschedule a new appointment and it had been more than week and no been contact me. I am so patient person but I don't think this will last forever.
