Purchased 2 firearms.... Went thru background check and picked up said purchase. Got them home and all literature in one was totally missing and also the magazine. Called NW Armory and was told I was on my own and I needed to call S&W myself. Really?..... I just spent a bundle of cash there and that's how I was treated. Seriously rethinking any future purchases from them.

Reasonable selection. Prices same as you'll find anywhere. Salespersons ignorance was matched only by his conviction. After being subtly corrected on a gun model ( Yes I know what my gun is,I bought it there 20 years ago) and being told the gun I was looking for doesn't exist (it does, I just bought it afterwards somewhere else) I politely said thank you, and left. I've had several friends tell me to expect this kind of thing but up until now I hadn't experienced it. I understand good help is hard to find unfortunately arrogance isn't. Pro tip from an old man, sometimes it's okay to be wrong and it's okay to let people be wrong. Sometimes the embarrassment you'll save is your own.

Ethan should find a new job as he doesn't seem happy to be there or enjoy working. Spoke to him via phone and said I had to visit the store because the system was "acting up", funny when I showed, everything worked fine. Thank you for wasting 30 minutes during my workday (store can't do this on weekends) instead of completing my ATF eForms remote like it's typically done. I wish I could give 0 stars because Ethan could have given this a try via phone/online as he wasn't busy when I came into the store minutes later.

NW armory has been helpful and awesome 100% of the time I have been there. They always have ample staff working and even when they are slammed it doesn't take long to get someone to help you. Prices on firearms are reasonable the selection is good and magazines are generally available and fairly priced . I have ended up purchasing from them several times and it's always been a positive experience. They also have a pretty decent website. My only constructive feedback would be that their prices on optics are a little high compared to what you can find online and their selection of accessories such as lights are pretty limited. All and all this is the best gun store in the area and honestly it would be worth a drive even if you are outside of the area.
