Milwaukie Bay is the best place to go for senic views, walk your dog, and have a picnic. They have several picnic tables. If you want to take your boat out on the Willamette River, there is a boat launch. It's a lovely walk. My dog and I love to take a walk there. Also, you can meet people that are enjoying the park too.

What a wonderful location that no one knows anything about. It's a boat launch but it also has accessibility to take a nice leisurely walk along the river, and there are wonderful spots to sit and relax. I'm not going to make any negative comments about the selfish out of control bikers who aren't courteous enough to hint their flying by at 30 miles an hour on an e-bike. Focusing on the positives a breathtaking location at sunset.

Not the biggest boat ramp and park, but easy to get in and out. The parking is limited. We booked a fishing tour guide and he met us here. Gas station is across the street if you need snacks. Plenty of places to catch sturgeon and salmon.

Another beautiful waterfront park on the Willamette. This one seems pretty busy with water activities as people come here to kayak, to do standup paddling, to enjoy a boat tour on the river. The park is along the Trolley Trail and has a public restroom so that's pretty nice for runners and cyclists passing through. I always enjoy a little stop here during a run or ride between Portland and Oregon City.

No. Parking is limited, about half the stalls are for trucks / vehicles with trailers.
I've always enjoyed swimming here. Never has been crowded.
It is pretty recreational, right there. You would do better a few miles up where the Clackamas meets the Willamette. Near the OC Bridge.🎣
I don't know sorry. The spots are not metered.
No. Although more than half of the people I've seen there with pets have them off leash... primarily during "playtime".. catch, swimming etc
No it's a large grassy hill with a nice boat launch
