This place was our only option and open only July 4th. The pasta is really creamy and heavy. I like the garlic bread. The meatballs were ok and a little bit too hard and salty. They squished the garlic bread on top of our pasta and the cream sauce is messy all over the paper bag

This place is small but the food is flavorful! The pasta seems like it is freshly made and has a great flavor. The staff is super nice and the drinks are amazing as well.

I have to go back to this restaurant!! The menu was flavorful, different, and eye catching. Open floor plan. Friendly staff. We have to talk about the bathroom!!! I never take pictures of the bathrooms but this one was chic, clean, with rustic details and a modern nightclub vibe.

If you want authentic pasta, then Grassa is the place to go. But I warn you now; the menu is as small as this location is. With that said, the place is cozy, the staff is attentive, and the food is delicious. I would highly recommend taking a trip downtown just to have the experience. This might fall into the top ten best places I have ever eaten.

This is Portland Oregon not Maine..
Went to dinner on Saturday (5/29/21) and there is still no dine in. The line was really long and all of the seating that was available outside was full.
They have lots of wonderful dishes, just not that one.
