Little pricey on a few items but overall there great , used old house kind of stuff. If you need to match something on your older house that's the place to go..

Lots of great items to look at. Anything nice is pretty expensive, but if you're looking for interesting cabinetry accoutrements, yard art, or that special piece to pop in your garden or foyer, this is the spot. It's worth coming and going once and a while to see what's new (aka old!).

Lots of interesting stuff here. Ranges from classic cars to fireplace mantles. We went here looking for doorknobs, and weren't' disappointed with the selection. Staff was friendly as well. The prices are very high overall, so keep that in mind going in the gates.

Last time I was there, they said they were not buying. Just trading. $ not changing hands.
Hi Roland, thanks for reaching out and asking this question. Ohmega Salvage specializes in vintage and antique hardware. Basically anything older than 1955 or so. If the hardware is complete and still functional usually we are interested in it if it is from our time frame. If we have a lot of a certain item we may not be interested in buying more. If it is newer then other salvage companies might be interested. The hardware still needs to be fully functional in order to be re-used. You can also sell directly to the public via Craigslist, etc. If it is not functional hardware then, yes, you are talking about scrap yards. Be aware that often brass hardware has other non-brass metals attached to it. Scrap yards want the metals to be not mixed up. If they are then they pay a lot less for the metal you have as it is not separated.
Hi masks are requried by both employees and customers. Social distancing is required for patrons not in the same group or household. Hand sanitizer is available at the checkout and entrance to the store as well as the hardware counter. Pens are cleaned between customer use to sign credit card receipts.
Hi Mark, thanks for taking the time to contact us. Ohmega Salvage doesn't have the space to store/sell such a large amount of material from an entire house. Additionally, from your description, it sounds like this farmhouse is not anywhere close to the bay area. Shipping and transportation for such items any significant distance is cost prohibitive for us. Thanks again for your time and consideration.
they buy, but you'll need to provide more information for a quote. give them a call and set an appointment.
Hi Carol, thanks for taking the time to contact us. Unfortunately, we currently do not have a sink that size and configuration. We have had them in the past however. It is very hard to say when we might get another. We always post sinks like that to our website when we do get one in. It should be noted that these size and types of sinks are pretty rare to find these days. Thanks again for asking. Sincerely, Steve Smith (general manager)
I have seen them there. I suggest that you call and inquire. Put the word out that you are looking for one.
Not likely. Try urban ore instead.
