I was having some problems with my phone. I went to Best Buys to see if I could get the issues resolved. The Beaverton store has an amazing employee by the name of "Matthew" who helped me through the issues. Thanks Matt!

I've had my share of bad experiences at Best Buy locations in multiple cities, but after being lied to and stolen from, I will never shop at any Best Buy again. I bought a GoPro 9 from the store in Hillsboro about a month ago. About two weeks later, it stopped working properly. Research showed that apparently all GoPros are suffering from some sort of faulty software issue now, so when I took the camera to the same store's Geek Squad, they appeared to fix it right away. A week later, it started having the same problem again: won't connect to other devices to offload video, the screen turns green, and the camera powers off. As the camera is clearly defective and GoPro doesn't want to bother to fix the software issue (and you can only return directly to GoPro if you buy directly from them...), I decided to ask for my money back. Because Best Buy only accepts returns within 2 weeks, I was only offered store credit. If I thought exchanging the camera for a new one would solve the problem, I would've opted to do that, but I assume the software problem exists for ... who knows how many cameras? I spoke with a cashier who referred me to a manager, who spoke with another manager who, for some reason, didn't feel the need to explain anything to me, but long story short: store credit or nothing. I told the manager I was very disappointed, because clearly the camera was defective from the moment we bought it, and Best Buy simply needs to send it back to GoPro. He said he was sorry, but the best he could do was store credit. The camera cost $400, so I refused. Now I have a camera that only works if I restore factory settings basically every time I turn it on. Also, I will NEVER buy a single thing from Best Buy ever again. Selling defective products and refusing to give money back to the customers who buy them is as good a definition of fraud as I'm aware of. tl;dr - Best Buy is a company that lies to their customers, profits from dishonest and fraudulent policies, and which no one should EVER give their money to.

Typical Best buy, very bad salesman walked away when I tried to ask a question. Parking lot looks more like a truck stop bunch of 18 wheelers taking up third of the parking. Garbage flying around in the parking lot. Doesn't look like they clean the place at all. Best just to stay away.

Was asked if I needed help finding anything. Said I was looking for a modem. The person wasn't sure where they were and went to get help. I found it on my own before they returned. Also, why are coaxial cables not located by the modems and instead all the way across the store near home theater equipment? Nice store overall.

Yes they are. I once called them 4 times in a row and no one picked up so I drove over. Their answer was we were busy with morning store stuff so we didn't pick up.
Masks, distancing and limited capacity
That's a good question. even Ford can't get computer chips for their new pickups.
Place an order or make an appointment, that was as of yesterday (June 8th)
