Why don’t they answere the phone? The only reason I would go to a big box store instead of buy online is to talk to someone or for immediate service. They are dropping the ball in customer service

Yes they are. I once called them 4 times in a row and no one picked up so I drove over. Their answer was we were busy with morning store stuff so we didn't pick up.

Still happening today, when you call them the message says "We are not currently taking calls at this location." Very frustrating when you have a location specific question.

Today Nov 10 2020 they still have trouble answering the phone waited 10 min had to Google phone number it wasn't on rec only number was for recycling 800 number not ok with this service will be taking my shopping elsewhere
