Phoenix House helped save my life... Everything is what you make it.... if your not ready you will bad mouth it & find every excuse to belittle it... If you allow it, Phoenix House will be a incredible aid in helping you get your life back together!!! I understand the negative comments....I heard them daily from other clients as I was a client in Phoenix House.... some people just aren't ready and for those I continue to pray for on a daily basis!!! That they will be open and allow Phoenix House to do for them what it did for me..... give me a better today than I ever thought possible! Be Blessed!

Hi Jasmine- yes, our Venice Beach location is an all male facility. If you are looking for treatment for women, please contact our Orange County program, located in Santa Ana, at 714-953-9373. You can also learn more about our programs at www.phoenixhouseca.org.
This is for men only, they come out for breaks to the patio and for yoga and fitness on the beach - accompanied by counselors. The building has a receptionist and all visitors have to sign in and explain their purpose. We have operated this program in this location since 1986, and the majority of men recovered. The proximity to the beach and the ocean is a great asset, helpful in recovery - and so is the Muscle Beach.
