Trying to make a phone appointment couldn't last more than 40 min so I hung up. Happened 3 different days. Walk in to make an appointment worser. Wasn't that busy and waited 45 minutes for an appointment and left because my daughter was in pain from her leg. She had to wait for me to schedule an appointment for my son and me in the car. They couldn't see her there and advised her to go to the hospital.

The staff and Dr. Kakoyannis are all incredibly kind, helpful and professional. I had a great experience there. I will agree that it is quite challenging to get through to the office via phone--I know it's a busy season for hospitals and hopefully they're able to get more help!

After waiting on the phone for 3 hours I decided to pop into the location. 3 employees at the desk, 0 patients waiting. Scheduled my appt and left. ..Decided to call and let them know if anything opens up earlier I live nearby... No Answer. They are not busy. If you would like to schedule an appt you will just have to go to the office. I will be driving back to let them know I am available.

Came in sharp on time for appointment for 2:45p, at 2:45p. The dr did not take me in until 3:15p. He walked around saw me. What if i make u wait 30 mins? Would that work for you????? You think my days are all wide open????
