I paid for the $12.00 wash and I had to run it through the wash twice. My windows were so cloudy I couldn't see through them. I'm Not satisfied at all!!!!! My windows are still so cloudy so I had to clean them myself. What's the point of having them cleaned !!!!!!!! I wouldn't even give them 1 star but I had to put something or the survey would not let me post this. 😤

$5 wash you won't get a good wash maybe the higher price will clean your car better other than that its all good by the way their vacuum cleaners are free so thats a plus and why i gave it 4 stars

Car wash was not good at all. I come here all the time but lately there's always something wrong everytime. I had to go around for a second time because first time did not wash my car good. The scrubbers don't work anymore because they are so old.Tire shine is out of service today. Will not come back again!

People there are just workers, and i don't think they have any authority to make decisions. What you need as an attorney to make a phone call on your behalf to their corporate office. Did you take a picture of tge damage and document the event on the spot? You might consider becoming a member of our organization which was created for life events that we as members get treated unfairly from trivial to major issues you will have a law office in the palm of your hand.
