Ordered my food and the lady just set it on thw counter called my name and walked away. They forgot 1 of my drinks and looked upset when I asked about it. Then this family of like 6 people walked in and waited for the longest time before walking out, when 1 of the kids asked why are we leaving the mom said BECASUE OF BAD SERVICE. This has got to be 1 of the worst Taco bells I have ever been to

I was so exited to go in today for the Mexican pizza and I got what I didn't ask for ...they also added a rice an burrito an a salty beef quesadilla I will no longer be perchasing any food from taco bell big... huge ...dissapointment

I went in drive thru last night around 7pm I ordered all my food, (so I thought) as pulling up to window remembered I forgot a bean and cheese burrito. I said miss could you please add a burrito for me? She sighed and says "yes but next time make sure u get your order right the first time! You cause other people to wait behind you' I couldn't believe my ears! I then asked for more hot sauce and she said NO I put enough in your bag and I'm not giving you more LOL
