Nice location but no drive thru. They were a bit slow although they were not that busy. My drink came out right and I did get service with a smile. Parking is a bit of an inconvenience as well. I do recommend this location if you don't mind the walk.

Lots of seating for people watchimg. My ice-blended mocha hit the spot and the person I was with enjoyed her hot mocha.

I love the coffee Bean . It's People need to patient and understanding. That plaza is not all that safe. 2. You have a lot of the homeless going In there. Being rude to the staff. Not cleaning up after themselves. ( This was before COVID-19.) Than after COVID-19. More work on the staff. Not more pay. The staff always makes my coffee right . They Stay open later than star bucks off of Harbor Blvd. They close at 7 pm the inside lobby . I feel it partly has to do with the homeless people live in there bring all there junk with them
