Had the pleasure of visiting this location. Wonderful service, customer care and quick turn around. Customer service at its finest! Thank you for the speedy repair and the patience with the wheel key lock issue.

Went inside, one guy was on the phone nobody else inside. He was taking too long on the phone asking the customer very detailed questions about the make, color, width size tires. Questions that are irrelevant if you have a customer right in front of you. I went in, no hi, no be right with you didn’t even acknowledge me. There was a lot of cars in the parking lot, but no customers or workers inside. They weren’t helping anyone either. Went back outside, saw another employee on his phone, also didn’t acknowledge me. Bad business practice not coming or recommending this place, filled with l@zy arrogant employees.

I had a leak in a new tire that wasn't even bought here but I stopped in and they GLADLY helped me out. They were so kind and friendly and found a huge nail. They patched it up and when I asked the charge they wouldn't take a cent. They smiled and were delighted to be of service to me. PLEASE give them your service. They are the REAL DEAL. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR KINDNESS TO ME.

We live down the street from this tire depot and have been coming here for years. Today we got new tires, oil change and rear breaks. Mike was beyond helpful walking me through exactly what we need. The service was very friendly and time efficient. I really appreciated his help. We will be back for sure.
