I got a flat tire, and it was recommended to me that I should go to this tire shop as a Triple AAA member. I was initially told that Triple AAA members get a discount on tires at this shop. At the very end of my visit, however, I was told by the employees that only "better" or "best tires" get the discount. As a walk-in, I had to wait twice as long as the "maximum" time frame they gave me at the start (wait time was 2 hours initially, 4 hours actually). I absolutely do not recommend being a walk-in. Appointments go way faster, so if you have that luxury, take it. I would also say this particular place was just non-stop busy and all the walk-ins had to wait a pretty long time for their tires to be fixed.

Every time I come there's a new reason they cannot help me. I've been a dedicated AT customer for 24 years but guess it's time for Change. Today's excuse is they will only rotate my right side tires because my tires have uneven wear. Last month they refused to "check" the air pressure in my spare because the spare is 10 years old... I suggest you consider shopping elsewhere. I am... It's been a good run AT. Time ro move on to someone who wants to help their customers...

Went in to get my tire looked at. The employees were all really friendly, efficient, and not pushy on upselling and all that. I had to wait a while, but I didn't have an appointment, so understandable for a Monday walk in, but was still seen in a decent amount of time. I left feeling taken care of and super grateful for their service. Will definitely use again in the future!

Went for tire pressure check. They put air in my tires at no cost. There is an air check area. No need to go inside. If you want a full dip inspection for air bubbles and nails you have to go inside and schedule and or wait. They say they do a 3 part patch job at no cost for any tires, not just tires purchased with company. Parking in back. Seem helpful enough.
