I really want to thank/Recommend John at this location. I called yesterday because my car was in an accident and I needed a rental for the week. The Hertz in Buena Park I had originally chosen prior to calling here had allowed me to book and then when I had paid $15 to Uber there told me there weren’t any cars, so I was upset. However, I spoke with John and explained my current situation and he was incredibly kind and helpful! He was able to get me a car the next day and made sure to call me back and confirm that they had one available before I drove there! The woman at the shop who helped me finish the transaction was also incredibly kind! 10/10 if I ever need to get a rental again, I’ll be choosing this location!

Best rental experience i've erver had and omg ray is the man he got me in and out in 20 minutes no reservtion nothing if my card worked the first time i woud have been 10 minutes recomend this place 100 peecent make sure u ask for ray
