I went with my 6yo son , he got injured under the chin. They made us wait for 2 hours, people after us were also being seen. When we asked , they said they were waiting on procedure room. The nurse checked the vitals and Dr came in few minutes later. She was so much in hurry , didn’t inspect the wound and wanted to glue his wound. I asked her to check it again as I saw black debris inside the wound earlier. On close inspection, she found a big piece of black tar from the road stuck in there, what a negligence on her part. What if it was left behind , it would cause infection and health risk for my little boy. VERY INEFFICIENT AND NEGLIGENT!

Terrible communication. Showed up and wad told the wait was 1.5-2 hours. Thought that wasn't bad so declined an appointment with my pcp for later in the day. Turns out they meant that long just to be checked in. Another 2 hours after that to be seen. Called the pcp back and they got us in. Clarify timing if you go here.

I called ahead to see how long the wait was. When it was 30mins or so I showed up and went through the door to be checked in. The nurses and receptionists are most attractive...😍
Hello, as far as I know COVID testing is only done for people with symptoms, does not include asymptotic or for travel reasons.
Go on there web site filter for urgent care. Appt fill fast usually by 9 or so and is no appt wait can be as long as 3hrs. I have the inside scoop

Dial 911 for emergencies. Go to urgent care for less than an emergency. Or call your PCP for an appointment.
If it's for preventative probably not. I would call to ask.
If u msje an appointment you wont have to wait too long. But usually tge late morning early afternoon is really light. Call ahead and ask how busy they are. This is one of tge better urgent cares that I have been too.
It's walk in but you can reserve a time on their website.
