The crew was found on the front street . This afternoon—-to abate any fire hazard—they trimmed a eucalyptus on the property. Perfect timing as the California fires were raging and embers were in the air. Mario’s tree trimming did a great job—contracted by SCE. Got some photos and realized water, power and us are all connected. Collectively working together providing fruition to humans on planet earth. Thanks to SCE, DWP and City of Brea.

A couple of days ago we lost power to our entire house I hired an electrician who came out for him to tell me that my problem was with Edison so after paying the electrician for coming out we immediately contacted Edison although it took awhile for them to come out the 2 Technicians were very professional and explained all they were doing to restore my power once they identified the problem which was that our neighbor actually placed grass over the electrical vault causing water to enter the vault from there sprinklers how can anyone with common sense place grass over these utilities is incomprehensible to me but these technicians did a great job and my family and I are greatful for all there hard work and now our house has power especially on these hot days we have been experiencing. I received message from Edison while I'm in the hospital stating they are going to remove my light from my light pole. 🤬 I just called and left a message to some employees voice mail telling him that I want Edison to take that pole off my property!!!! How dare Edison come to my property and take my light off - it's been there for decades!! They were called out due to my house catching fire and to turn off the electricity until it is rebuilt. At my darkest hour some faceless jerk working for SCE takes a picture of an Edison Pole that has been a pain trying to back RV, trailers, boats, and trucks around. I put a Mercury light on my pole. It's in my driveway!!! This light provides security lighting for the neighborhood and my and my neighbors property. It's a safety thing. It was professionally installed and I pay for the electricity the light uses. NO STEALLING OF ELECTRICITY HERE!!! Yet at the nearest intersection SCE has a precarious light hanging from boards off the pole. Totally a hazard!!! They've been called but will not fix that!

The most incompetent company in SoCal. They keep messing my account, spend hours on phone being verified only for their representatives not be able to give me my account information?? Why the hell do they not give a choice on provider??? 4 years with SDGE I’ve never had a single issue. 2 months with SCE and they’ve changed my accounts twice without my authorization and refuse to assist. Absolutely useless! 6 representatives. All this to try to view and pay my bill online. What a joke! Who do you have to sue to change providers? Disgusted by this company.

I think you're asking about the summer discount plan? Depending on what level you signed up for, only your compressor is turned off during high demand times. Meaning your fan should be on, but it will blow room temperature air. You can also look at the box installed by Edison, if the green light is blinking, your compressor is turned off.
