Rogelio has go to be the best manager I’ve ever met. I’ve never had such personalized service! I felt taken care of and as I waited for my service I noticed how with each customer he had the same fantastic positive energy and made sure to answer all questions big or small. I live in Long Beach but will return to this location because it’s truly the best service experience I’ve ever had. I thought I was done with Pep boys due to bad experiences at other locations but Rogelio has changed my mind. Fantastic location my only note is please go back to using those paper floor protectors. I just got my interior detailed and after my service I had multiple dirty boot prints from the workers on my front mat.

Went in with an appointment for an oil change and was done within 1 hour and 20 minutes. I was able to kill time at Marshall’s and time flew. They even told me about the 25% off coupon to help me save money. Fullerton Pepboys was fast and efficient! Definitely recommend them.

My tires were bald and I needed new tires. This auto shop did an amazing job! Jovany helped me with all the criteria I was looking for in new tires. He went out of his way to special order my specific tire size with no hassle. They were fast and finished in an appropriate amount of time.
