My partner has a Harley Davidson bike. She went to this place and got it serviced not long ago for over 500 dollars, a huge price. She asked them to do a small service of adding foot pegs for a double rider. The foot pegs would cost them about 5 minutes time as they have all the tools and she has the parts... They want to charge her an extra few hundred dollars... After shes been a loyal customer and payed a huge amount for the service, and bought a bike in this brand. Such bad business. Over charging for a 5 min service that is such a small addition. Losing a loyal customer who put over 500 dollars into this company and their services before.

Under a proposed consent agreement with the agency, the companies will be prohibited from telling customers that their warranties will be voided if they use third-party services or parts, or that they should only use branded parts or authorized service providers.The companies also will be required to add specific language to their warranties recognizing consumers’ right to repair: “Taking your product to be serviced by a repair shop that is not affiliated with or an authorized dealer of (company name) will not void this warranty. Also, using third-party parts will not void this warranty.”

Fernando was awesome. We got to test ride 4 bikes I'm in love with the fatbob for wife and the used Fatboy for me. but manager on Sunday turned me off too pushy and I don't like fluff with no value. I would say Fernando is a great salesman to do business with not pushy at all easy going and means business . go see him and I'm sure all will agree.Wife and I need two bikes but not gonna make any decisions impulsively especially when pushed to make decision.
