Honestly, the internet was great at the beginning of our account with Windstream. We’ve had it for about a year and half now and have had nothing but issues after the first 2 months. We have nothing but a temporary, exposed line that is constantly being damaged leaving us without internet for a week and sometimes 2 weeks. I understand that jobs are scarce but we’ve asked for this issue to be fixed multiple times for nothing to be done. Every fix that we’ve had has left us with slower internet each time. This last visit, a technician came out to remedy the speed issue and actually left us without internet after leaving. Now we are out for another week. Mind you, I’m paying full price for top speeds this entire time and have not been credited once. If we were given a different option for a internet provider for our area, we would take it. Customer service is always very nice at least.

A large cable from the poles outside fell. It landed and was hanging across my driveway. It took over a week of countless calls. Placed on hold for hours, hung up on, they told me someone was on the way in a few hours and no one showed. More calls and it took over a week to get someone out to help. After he finally arrived, I was told he needed help and he left. After I called customer service again, they told me he went to lunch. This was so frustrating. How did they not know what was going on after weeks of calls? Unfortunately, we are limited on options way out in the country. I wish I can give zero starts for their lack of concern after a large wire falls while my kids were playing outside.

I recommend T-Mobile ISP over Windstream because Windstream is unreliable and no where as fast as the T-Mobile Home ISP service.
Not in a traditional sense. They will sell you a service and they will accept payments on the service as well as exchange defective equipment, but it's not a place to browse around looking at things for sale.
