If I could give zero I would. This was the most bizarre delivery experience I have ever had. It took them 2 1/2 weeks to get a product from Texas to Atlanta. Except turns out it was in Atlanta for a week they just never mentioned anywhere that a delivery needed to be scheduled. Finally get their phone number to figure out where the package is. Spend 3 hours on the phone on hold. Told I needed to call the warehouse directly to schedule a delivery. Ok, interesting that it’s the first time I’m hearing about this but fine. I’ll call. I had to call no 29 times(I have it in my call log) before someone answered. And there is no option to leave a voicemail. It just rang then would say nobody is answering and hang up. Finally someone answers. They are minimally helpful and say they will have someone call me back. At this point I’m quite unwilling to let this person off the phone knowing how hard it has been to get in contact with them. They schedule the delivery. For the next day at 8am. Great! Tv shows up. I go to work. My 9 1/2 month pregnant wife is excited to have a tv back and finally leaving me alone about getting the tv for the den. Get home from work. Open the box. Brand new 4000 dollar tv has a giant crack down the screen. I thought my head was going to explode. Aside from the broken TV(stuff breaks. I get it) the fact that this company is in business is astonishing. The entire way my interactions with them went to schedule a delivery was mind boggling. Amazon. I beg of you. Never use this shipping company again when I order something off your website.

Appointment is very restricted make sure you check in on time. My appointment was 10AM check in 8:45am did not get dock until 10:30am. They do have two overnight parking spots at the gate which is not reliable.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! I scheduled 2 appointments and they never showed up. Are they holding my furniture hostage? I'll probably get a call to meet them in dark alley with a suitcase full of unmarked bills......

I use to work for ceva I left mainly because They were not using my van like they should had one person with 6 trucks getting all the good work and leave me with the junk biggest mistake they did was closing Tampa warehouse down I left and it was the best decision I made I’m not stressed like I was there and where I work now I get more respect and I have a steady paycheck

Its a lot of Freight shipment in due to the holidays may be a delay may not but you should get the delivery on time that's great confidence very clean I work there before
