We came in to have brakes done and they told us that they had no mechanic in to do it on the weekends, which is fine except we had an appointment and nobody told us this until we came in. We called another store and they told us the same thing.

Thank you for quick and efficient service, it just took 45 mins from the time I stepped in to their office plus tire rotation service, reasonable price! Ill come back here for future services. Very good customer service for the staff on front desk this morning, forgot to ask his name though..

When I got low tire pressure warning, I thought it was just a nail inside. At here, the staff said I had to wait more than two hours because they were so busy. Because I wanted to fix it quickly and get back to work, I went to another tire shop then was noticed that it wasn't a nail, but side wall ruptured that means the tire had to be replaced. I went back to Allen tire to replace the tire under warranty (because I bought the tire at here), but the other staff took a quick look and said there looked no problem then said ‘I can take it off and see, but you have to wait two or three hours. I encourage you to go another branch, it will be much faster.’ then said goodbye without giving me time to say anything. He was so unfriendly and I felt I wasn’t welcomed. I will never go this branch again….. So I had to go another branch (Yorba Linda) and was helped very well. They were also busy but tried to see what they could with smile and kind. Finally they replaced the tire.

Come here, Do NOT go to American Tire Depot. The guys who work here are great at doing customer service and car servicing! I had 4 tires put on by AMERICAN TIRE DEPOT (not America’s Tire) which all 4 were misbalanced TWICE by up to 1.75oz. I came here and they balanced my tires quickly and now my Ford rides like a Cadillac due to properly balanced tires. Thank you Allen Tire guys!
