I felt like a Tomcat walking into a Mouse Convention. There were so many fans displayed it was difficult to see the trees for the forest. However we came through in true lumberjack-form albeit a long and brain-draining decision. Note: multiple "Yes Dear" made the time go quickly.

Excellent selection of fans including many that you won't see at big box retailers. Price matching policy, Kevin was very easy to work with. Customer service after the sale could be better. Some parts were back ordered and we were never informed. Kevin did provide a loaner so we could continue with our remodel. They would receive 5 stars if Customer service follow through was better. I would buy again from them

They have the largest selection of ceiling fans I have ever seen. If you don’t like the choices you have at the big box hardware stores, this is a good place to go. The sales people know their stuff, and they have great customer service. I have purchased 4 fans from them and had no issues.

We bought 2 fans 7+ years ago and they still work perfectly so when we needed another fan for our office, I knew I was coming back. I walked in yesterday and had a WONDERFUL experience. Kevin was patient, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He walked me through my options a few times and checked back on me a few more to field questions and check stock. Yes, most standard ceiling fans can be mounted on ceilings up to 4/12ths. When necessary, you can add a sloped ceiling kit for anything higher.
Proper ceiling fan installation is significant to us. We don't install the fans ourselves, but we work with and recommend only those with stellar reputations and who over the years have consistently taken care of our customers.
