Extremely slow service. Waited over 15 minutes for a large strawberry cheesecake milkshake. It wasn't until I got out of the car and walked up to counter to ask why we had not yet received it that the lady walked in the back and made it. She was kind, but won't be going back to this location.

First of all we waited for food for over an hour then I still had to go up to the front counter and asked what was going. Once there it looked like everybody was misguided and didn't know exactly what to do. After I received my order I find out that my son got his chicken tenders raw there is a picture posted along with his comment, horrible experience ever will never be coming back to any Sonic at all !!!! If I could give negative stars I would Already submitted a compliant with upper management.

Our tater tots and slushies were good. My boys’ had cheeseburgers and they said they were really good. I got a crispy chicken sandwich and it was thinnest, most dry chicken I’ve seen in my life. The bread was so stale and tasted burnt. ate half of it because I hadn’t eaten all day and it was dinner time and we were running late for my other kid’s volleyball game. I wondered to myself if they made this sandwich a few days ago and it had been sitting under the warm lamp and they tossed some lettuce on here. It definitely did not look like the photo on the menu. This is the second time I’ve had less than great food from here and I don’t eat here often. I’d like to know if this is what to expect if I get a chicken sandwich from here. If so I don’t think I will be back.

First I would like to state when I went to the drive through this girl had a bad attitude she was very rude. Second when my soda was given to me and I left it had a hole in the cup and poured all over not only me but my car. Third I ordered jalapeño cheddar poppers and they were made horribly it looks like someone bit into every single one of them also the fries were given to me super cold. I definitely would not recommend this location of Sonic in Huntington Beach the worst service and coldest food ever. This is super embarrassing to Sonic Company. I've gone to many good ones and this is the most horrible on top of my list.
