5/29/2022: This location has nat infestation, nats everywhere in the produce area. The last few visits to a couple sprouts in the area have been no so great with the produce. Passing on Sprouts for produce. Looking forward the store openening across the street...

Rude cashiers. Two separate instances...the cashier was talking to the box boy as he's checking my order and ignoring me (no hi or hello even though I greeted them when I walked forward).... Today the cashier did not acknowledge me and was not talking at all. I said hello how are you and was greeted with silence and no eye contact. So I greeted the box person. Silence and no eye contact. No friendliness here! At the end of the transaction I said thank you and was again greeted by silence, so I said you're welcome and he finally said have a nice day. Perhaps you should pay your cashiers more so that they're happy at their job.

Clean (as Sprouts should be). Staff needs more training in customer service. Desperately. However, must give credit to my cashier. He offered credit of $5 for store not having French bread. I was in a rush. It was better than paying $15.97 for one chicken & 2 sides. 🤔🥺 I spoke w/2 staff about French bread for the chicken deal (chicken, 2 sides & French bread.) They didn't really cared whether I bought anything or not. A 3rd staff just walked away. 👎 Boo.
