This complex has over 200 apartments and ONLY 3 guest parking spaces. YES, ONLY 3!! So dropping y for a visit or having someone come to help you is near impossible. There is no additional parking anywhere else in the direct surrounding area, so you must drive quite far to a shopping center to pick up your guests. For a senior complex this is problematic because of the need for caregivers and helpful family members for those who need assistance.

It is to bad that a brand new property has no concern for what is really going on. You have big dogs in 1 unit, since when do people have 2 service dogs of that size? Your tenants are allowed to park wherever they want. You do not honor your referral fee. You have no understanding that 100% non smoking means NO SMOKING. A 3 day to conform or quit notice is all your lazy manager has to do. So, as many times that i looked at this property, if you have lousy management who wants to really live there.

I was very excited to be accepted to live here until I saw the finished apartment building. I had been given a picture of what the finished unit and community would look like and I guess it is a work in progress. I, like most seniors need a regular bus line nearby and this place doesn't have it. They took my money and I did not get what I thought I was getting. It was a lesson to me about renting from a big company. Too bad because the management team seemed nice.

IT'S SAD HOW THE MANAGEMENT TREATS SENIORS. Don't throw your money away. Literally the worst customer service my parents and I have ever experienced with property managers. If you deposit any money with them and try to get it back, they will ignore you for at least 6 weeks. We've left 5 messages; they never once returned our phone calls. Not only does the management greatly lack respect, a professional attitude, and just plain decency when dealing with potential tenants, they go out of their way to disrespect, take nasty tones and attitudes, and tell lies to cover up their incompetencies. For instance, they said they mailed out the deposit check to my parents and stated "since they had moved, the check was returned." My parents have been living at their current residence for over 7 years; THEY DIDN'T MOVE. The funny thing is, the management sent a notice to my parents' home address informing them that they don't qualify, yet they say the check was returned because my parents "moved." Complete idiots; hey you dummies, make sure the evidence supports your story before you tell it. PATRICIA, TERESA, and the rude lady who answered the phone around 11am on 7/8/17 exemplify the very worst in the industry. THE MANAGEMENT WILL LIE TO YOU. Couldn't imagine handing over rent every month to these people.
