UPDATE: The only reason I’m here again is because my employer banks here. Don’t plan on using the drive thru as it’s closed for no reason. Today there are 4 employees behind the counter and ONLY 1 of them are helping customers in the lobby. Still the lamest bank around. Slowest Bank of America is what this branch means. 2 tellers and 10 people in line. If you dont like waiting for old people that slow down the process by asking a million questions then you should steer clear of this bank! I will never understand why companies understaff their business and people just allow it to happen. Us as consumers need to expect more and we should get more from companies like this.

Terrible customer service at the Redmond, OR Branch-specifically the manager. He will help with deposits and promise part of it available same day. When you go to spend these limited funds... beware they will be retracted and he will do nothing. Furthermore, refuses to help if you mention that you are considering another bank. His words, “in that case I will do nothing for you.”

Would give a -5 star rating if I could. Just went in to cash a check that was in the Bank of America name. Charged $8.00 cause I don't have an account there. REALLY!! Just drove across town to avoid a fee. I'm sure there sorry though. Now I know why my dad called the Bank of Apologies instead of the bank Bank of America. Should be Bank of the Crooks! Not happy at all. Thumbs down. Will never go there again!

would rate bank of America no stars. Tried to resolve issues with claims for an unauthorized payment that was taken out of my account twice. And asked why transactions where mysteriously gone from my statement. Was told it didn't happen cause they couldn't see it. When having an invoice of the transaction going through in front of me. Will never bank here again and will not recommend to anyone.
