High Lakes Health Cate is amazing in every way. They have a friendly, helpful office staff, easy scheduling, a great appointment reminder system, immediate post-visit feedback options, online portal (for communicating, tracking your records, billing, etc,). They offer a wide spectrum of medical professionals all in one place to fit so many medical needs. In the past 30 plus years I've experienced several complex health challenges and each medical professional at High Lakes has listened carefully to my concerns, communicated clearly about a treatment plan, coordinated treatments with other medical specialists when needed, and, were accessible for questions outside of my appointments. I feel like they truly care. I am so pleased to highly recommend the High Lakes Health Care Practice. I couldn't imagine a better health care system to work with.

Soon after moving to Bend, we became established with this practice (after some really great feedback from my bestie). I cannot say enough great things about this practice. Dr. Lemee has been amazing and has spent so much time with me and my husband sees another dr who he also really likes. Never rushed, always wanting to reach the root of the problem - they are awesome! We moved from a large city and never in 6 years did I experience the level of care I have been provided by High Lakes. They are all great - front office team, nurses, and doctors.
