Receptionist was great. The nurse was so so. The doctor was absolutely great he knew from the descript Of what I was telling him and physically with his eyes he could see you could see he diagnosed me and within 1/2 day I was feeling so much better.

NEW OWNERS!! AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT IF AT ALL POSSIBLE! NOVA bought out YOUR CARE and now NOVA has changed name to BESTMED, probably because of their terrible reputation. I have loved YOUR CARE for years, sadly, they are gone forever and replaced with the worst medical establishment I have ever encountered. As someone with no medical insurance, I have been thankful I could take my family there and pay the self-pay price of $109 per visit. I went to an appointment because for a follow up for sinus pressure that wouldn’t go away. Apparently they had changed owners in between my two appointments. I thought it was just the name was changed. I was charged $511 after the fact, with no notification that price is had increased almost 5 times the previous rate. Obviously, I thought it had to be some kind of mistake. I called their billing department, and was told they would check it out and call me back, I never heard back. If you days ago I got another statement. I tried calling billing again. I was met with an incompetent and childish customer service agent. She said she would talk to her manager and call me back, I’m not anticipating a return phone call. While trying to resolve this problem last month, I talked to an employee that worked with Your Care. Apparently all the Your Care employees are so appalled by Nova, they have all left. At this point, I don’t know if I would go to that clinic if I was bleeding out, and they were the last health clinic available in Central Oregon.

Everyone was very helpful and kind. My provider was very informative and patient. She only focused on me and she made me feel like I was the only patient that she had and I didn't feel rushed in and out although she didn't waste my time by making me wait forever. She made me feel like I mattered. I loved that.
