Just came from there. I normally have a pleasant time at this location, but I did not like that one of the managers had a little attitude when a coworker was asking her a question involving my situation. The manager who was working at the registers today at 7:30pm needs to really consider a course or 2 in customer service.

It's really great making an appointment weeks and weeks in advance to have it canceled less than an hour before the appointment time, and then having to wait a few more weeks to book new appointment. Really stellar. Wonderful.

I love coming to this location. Overall it's the best location compared to others in the area. First time EVER in my life I had my hair done at a salon. I had the best experience. Esmeralda was amazing. I absolutely love my hair! The whole staff was so fun & nice. I will definitely be booking more appointments with her. Highly recommend!!!
