Hugo took great care in explaining the three different types of insoles and the procedure to get the right one on my feet. He was very methodical and answered all my questions. Based on my activity level he recommended the maintainers. He also assured me that if they don't work perfectly at first he can twick them until I am happy with them. He explained the various costs clearly. The entire experience was fast and painless.

My friend told me about the Good Feet store when she saw my feet. I went and was delighted that the orthotics I needed were in stock abd I could just buy and take them home today. Also I was happy to find a pair of sandals and wool “home shoes” with arch support as well as a pair of Brooks tennis shoes that my orthotics would fit in. Unfortunately they didn’t have my size in the pair of sandals or Brooks tennis shoes that I really wanted. But I’m still very happy with what I bought, and glad to know about this store.
