Let me first say thank you yo the two staff members that made sure my food was fresh and correct they get a 5 star from me. Now for the manager and his twin brother or brother they need to be fired or demoted for arguing the entire time in this small office space where all the customers here there conversation. Rude, not professional once told customers can hear the conversation they did not care I think one of them looked at me. SMH need better supervisor in a very nice establishment.

I would put 0 stars if I could. We ordered the 3 cheese nachos and a chicken burrito. First of all, the nachos was very soupy and greasy. And the burrito didn’t have any rice in it. Every bite I took was mostly the flour tortilla. Every qdoba I go to they struggle to wrap it Bc it’s always packed full. Very disappointed.

Rudest ‘manager’ I’ve ever encountered. I tried to place a very large catering order, and the ‘manager in training’ couldn’t take the order because she didn’t more hope. No problem, I told her that the GM could call me in the morning and I’d place the order then. She seemed very put out that I was still on the phone with her, and kept rudely interrupting when I tried to give my name and number. I finally said forget it and am placing the large order with a local taco company now. Win win!

We walked in before the Bon Jovi concert tonight and the employee working was super nice even though you could tell he had been working his butt off! Thank you for being so great!
