I had a very bad experience and will not be back. First my fiance ask for more food as he is a man. The 2 employees standing there immediately replied that's all they can give. Which after conversation we said was fine. Then I get home to eat and my chicken meat was burnt and the black beans tasted scorched. So I called to let them know. They immediately didn't want to believe me. I took a pic of a couple of pieces of meat and took it back up there. The employee who we originally had the conversation with said he was the manager. I showed him the pic and said really 5 pieces of meat Then stated how do I know your not just picking to complain. I said never mind as I was walking out I said I didn't want anything free just wanted you to acknowledge I wasn't telling a lie or picking. I paid good money for poor service and food that was not good. I definitely won't be back. I will go to Chipotle for now.

I've been going here for years and the food is still good. My only issue is sometimes they will give you larger portions, and sometimes they give you smaller portions. This time I felt like the portions were smaller than usual and the price doesnt match up with the amount of food I got.
