Used to have good service. Now complete and utter silence, no responses for 2 months after repeated emails and calls. Not a COVID issue, but serious customer service failures and operations issues.

I need to get both a cutting pad and a replacement step shim. I can not find the step shim for a Prestige Pro. I can only ind the cutting pad on line. How can I get a step shim?
