Did the online virtual COVID test for a Disney cruise. I highly recommend!! Instructions were easy to understand, test took a few minutes and the proctor was a lot of fun to work with. Very engaged and positive. And the lab takes care of letting the cruiseline know you are clear to sail. You do not have to upload your own results. I highly recommend!!

Does this company even exist? I have tried to get in touch with someone for 4 hours today and have been hung up by the system over 6 times. This has been a. nightmare, and honestly only happened after I paid for a service. Its almost as though once they get your money they disappear even if they haven't provided the service yet.

I purchased an on site test from this company and did not require it so I figured I could get a refund later. When I emailed they told me to keep the test kit and that they don’t offer refunds. Since it was on site I did not receive a test kit and therefore essentially paid for nothing. I called later and they told me they don’t take refunds for travel reasons and hung up on me while I was talking. I have tried calling back 5 times already but the line just says “mailbox is full” and hangs up. I’m frustrated since I was wasted $100 for nothing. Don’t trust this company.

Cruising with NCL who recommend this company. I’m in the UK, and having an utter nightmare. I’ve been charged, but when I try to complete my registration and schedule a consultation it says no user found, even though they have sent me 2 emails already. I have to have the consultation this Friday before flying out, had no sign of the test kit and it’s saying no refunds. I’m telling everyone not to use this company, including my travel agent who obviously think that NCL know what they are doing! Wish I had read these reviews beforehand. Utterly disgusting service 😡
