Had to buy a some tools, about $2,500 worth. Nobody was available to unlock them to buy them. Staff tried for about 25 minutes to find someone, calling on the phone. I offered to go walk to wherever they might be but they said they don’t know where they are. After 30 minutes I gave up and will just have them shipped to me, I hope, or find another store that doesn’t set up a system they can’t use themselves. Not the first time I’ve had a similar issue in this store but it will be the last. Must be a terrible company.

Ordered first time online Home Depot Store Rohnert Park branch. 1pc Wood stain gel Black and 1pc foam brush at 8am today, it's currently 10am. Store online says they have it in stock. A little back story, went to the store to see if they had it on the shelves but apparently not. Went to the customer service aisle and the lady that assisted me told me to check with the people at the paint department. ok kool, I walk there and asked nicely.. she said whatever we got there is your answer. wow. None of them even bothered checking the computer to see if it was in stock. Mind you this was 7:30am very slow with barely customers. So I figured why not try online shopping since it clearly says IN STOCK in store pick up/curbside pickup. Not even a smile or a "goodmorning" hell, I'd even take a regular "mornin" greet. Nope nadda. Fix your online INSTOCK.

Safety is not the priority... I ordered a refrigerator as i learned the old one i had was not keeping food cold. I picked a model that coild be delivered same week. Two days later, prior to delivery, they called and said it was backordered. I asked for an explanation as it was not backordered when i ordered. I was told they don't take them from inventory until delivery. After explaining that spoiled food is a major health and safety concern, i was told on the phone and in store that they can't do anything other than order a different model and wait a week more. When pressed for other options the associates apologize profusely and stated their hands were tied by corporate. Home depot gave me the feeling they don't want my family to be safe.

I usually enjoy my experience at home Depot in Rohnert Park and it's usually the place I pick to go to first when in need of something for my home, special projects, certain gifts etc. I visited again yesterday and the two days prior with 2 family members as I was in the market for flooring for my home. The first evening there I met Damon (in flooring) who was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciated his laid back down to earth and honest approach in helping find what we were looking for and needed. He's the kind of person/employee that once you meet him you don't want to deal with anyone else in the department. Had he not been there when we came back I'd have left and came back when he was available. He also helped us in getting the best deal we could within our budget and making sure there were no issues with delivery. I would have to say we were all beyond pleased with our experience there with Damon . I am very much looking forward to my new flooring which will be delivered within the week. Thank you!!
