Today Thursday was very special the wonderful Manager, Jackie Sue, treated all residents to a full Thanksgiving meal free of charge. Her helpers were great, lots of very yummy fixings. And pumpkin pie. Just wanted to say thank you Jackie Sue and team it was truly amazing.

I have been a resident here for MANY yrs! We have it ALL here, shopping, banks, Senior Center, drugstore, 3 grocery stores, fast food, literally across the street in several directions! Within a couple blocks we have a library, a park, and urgent CARE! I have a darling little cottage and a fenced in patio area. I'm alone and feel blessed to be here. Our management is new and may I state IMPROVED! We have had problems with past management and it's been difficult. The property is kept clean, mowed and since we have a Management Couple now things have improved 150%!! They have replaced outside lighting and we now have roaming security at night. The NO nonsense way that they handle rules has also kept it quiet and safe! Our Christmas PARTY was TOP of the line! They spared no expense! If you can find an available apt. Your search is over! Thanks to Jackie Sue and Javier!!

Getting better, under new management and the pool has been warmed so that seniors can use it. Per the owner's order. Thank you owner. l sure appreciate that. This is the best area for me. Close to all shopping and have Urgent Care here in town when l don't want to drive to Santa Rosa dr's office. Fast food on the corner and good neighbors nearby.
