I called Good Guy Plumbing with an urgent need and they helped me get quick service. JJ & Hector came out to help me with a main line blockage due to roots. These guys were fantastic and worked hard to solve a rather complicated line blockage. We ended up hydro-jetting from the roof with success and the video showed a clean line and where the roots were located (at 93 feet from the entry point). I wouldn't hesitate to call them back. I liked that they didn't try to sell me extra stuff I didn't need. Great guys and a company that I can recommend. -Kevin

Ernie is the absolute best!! We just bought a home and had him come over to clear two drains. He ended up going above and beyond and fixing several other small things at no cost, including teaching us how to repair something that would have cost us a lot to have him to do. I've never had someone do this before--I so appreciated not only the money this saved us, but the time he took to explain how to do it on our own. He was friendly, efficient, had a great sense of humor, and was very thorough. I also love how Good Guy Plumbing is easy to use as a customer--their website is easy to use to book services, I received text messages when Ernie was on his way and emails with updates and invoices afterward. Such a great experience! We will be using Good Guy Plumbing with everything moving forward and will request Ernie especially. Couldn't recommend them more highly!

I called Good Guy plumbing when my AC condenser went out on a 90+ degree day. They arrived within hours of my call, and had the unit repaired and blowing cool air again in less than 30 minutes! They even make payment easy with online bill pay. Highly recommended

These are not good guys . They tried to con us. Here are their failures: We had a faucet to replace, and the faucet company sent us the replacement. Good Guys plumbing installed it in the same space and charged us $325 for less than an hour's work and no parts. That night, the faucet was turning itself on and off with no one in the kitchen. When we called and were connected to the plumber, he instructed us to turn the water off, and he was unable to come out for several days, leaving us without a working sink in the kitchen. When he finally came out, he blamed it on the brand-new faucet and couldn't fix it. While checking it, he turned off the water to the dishwasher, which had been working, but then wouldn't work. When they came back out, they tried to blame the brand-new faucet for the leak, not their own work. We got another faucet, and Good Guy chose to come out on a Saturday. Then, they wanted another $400 “plus an extra third because it was Saturday” to install the faucet. They chose to come on a Saturday, not us! Such a rip off to charge us full price plus 1/3 extra to repair their own screw up. We found another plumber who came immediately, fixed the faucet, and turned the water for the dishwasher back on for only $100. Please find a more ethical plumbing company. This one tries to rip off people, while incompetently handling the repair.
