After a long wait time I received turkey sausage not the regular sausage sandwich I ordered. Also, my sandwich was room temperature. The girl in the window was great. The coffee was on point, but the wait time and cold food has me rating this Dunkin location 1 star for the day.

Terrible experience. I place an online order for pickup and when my mom went to pick it up they told her they didn’t have it and I must’ve placed in at another location. Although I was certain I place it there(as shown in the receipt below. Then when she placed the order since they didn’t have it ready and they took a very long time and was walking around acting like she wasn’t waiting. They didn’t have anyone in the drive through and there wasn’t anyone else in line.

The girl helping us was very sweet. But, the service in general was awful. They “lost our ticket”, so she asked to see the order from our phones. She wrote them down but she did so incorrectly, saying she “didnt see” the flavor shots/sugar and so eventually I told her the order. Was at the window for at least 10 minutes after waiting a half hour in the drive through.
