They never make my pizza well done like I ask, and last week my stuffed crust was paper thin. I keep giving them more chances and they keep disappointing me.

I thought it was just me who had an issue with refusal of delivery to an address they delivered to before & the person who called me being extremely rude. I tried going to pick up a pizza the next day and the ladies were wonderful. Provided excellent customer service. I walked in & although she was on the phone she acknowledged me to let me know she would be with me soon. Listening to the way she handled a dissatisfied customer made me love this business even more. Completely outweighed the rude worker I spoke with the prior night.
