The store doesn't put the customer first. I ordered my Food online and set the time for 5:45 pm. I called the store to verify the time they said the food was in the oven I replied I set it for 545. They repeated wht was said via someone else. I asked for a refund. I won't go Back.

Include at least 1 dipping sauce for the wings. Including none and charging to receive any dipping sauce is not customer friendly.

I normally don't do this, but I have been disappointed enough. The pizza presentation was sloppy, lack sauce and toppings. I ask for extra toppings. When they first open the food and service was excellant. Too much talking, laughing and playing.Take pride in what you do.

Pizza never showed up. 4 of us were waiting on the porch till 12:45 and it was never delivered. Plus I gave exact location: corner of falls and elm. Not a fan of Pizza Hut anymore
