Pre-covid, Chick-fil-A had good customer service. Post covid, they have set the bar of service to a whole new level. This is probably why I was severely disappointed in my recent visit. I was traveling and had already missed two other Chick-fil-A exits. This particular store is 4.1 miles off the interstate. We stopped for breakfast. They opened at 6 am and we got there at 9.30 am. It is hard to believe the bathroom could be that dirty with no TP in just 3 1/2 hours. I was truly surprised on the overall lack of cleanliness given the number of employees available (including the one in the bathroom who made sure her hair was right while a line was building to wash hands...). I could tell something was off....hate to think this would be a norm. Positive note: there was one employee who was just cheerful, helpful...and I just love the real flowers in vases on every table. Unexpected!

Worst chick fila ever. Employees were rude and cursed at my husband. Our food was placed on the take out rack with another name on it. When we discovered it they yelled at us and said oh well. My chicken in my salad was dry and not fresh!

I enjoy Chick-fil-A very much on a regular occurrence with my 11 year old daughter and the fact that the customer service is usually 10/10!!! I so appreciate when I’m not rushed even with a line usually around the building. Also the people with the tablets taking my order are always so kind and put in my order correctly by taking their time. Then when I’m told my pleasure after my order it’s like a thank you, you didn’t know you needed some days. I just appreciate the staff always for their kindness and just patience because sometimes as a skin getting multiple orders straight in a large drive thru line is stressful and complicated. So the system set up at this location is fantastic for us all. 10/10 I’ll say it again!

The food and service is always excellent. Even when they are busy, the wait is Never long. Never disappointed when I stop here or any of their locations. Highly recommend visiting.

Anyone under 18 needs to have the employer provide a work permit (you can get them online) that has to be filled out by the employee and guardian. They cannot do anything that is considered hazardous. Your best option is to call them and ask their age requirements.

Chik fil a is owned by Christians therefore they are closed on Sundays and major holidays. Same goes for Hobby Lobby
Dress sharp. Go in and ask for the manager and tell him that you are interested in joining the chic-fil-a team and the reasons you would be a good asset. Study up on Wikipedia page so you can show your interested and a self starter. Firmly shake the managers hand. And last thing... Ask him what he likes best about working there. It gets them talking about themselves and leaves it on a high note! Good Luck!
