Imma be real honest I get down on The Tanglewood McDonald's. But they screwed the pooch for the last time. Ordered food at 12:30Am...(they close at 1am).. the app took my order & I arrive 15 mins later to find out they decided to close early. Waste of my time & the 21 dollars McDonald's corporation took from me. LAST TIME....

This McDonald's has gotten so sad even the fries weep. You can't even get hot fresh food at all anymore. I've been there 4 Fridays in a row now and have received cold soggy fries, food that been in the hopper warmer since God knows when. They need to just shut down and let Burger King or Wendy's buy them out. They just don't care about the quality of their food anymore. I think this is the last time I order anything from a McDonald's in Elizabeth City, NC.

Coffee machine broke which is crazy considering it’s cold and and the season. Summer time the ice cream machine is always broke. Then you order your food and add something as simple as Big Mac sauce and they leave everything that is normally suppose to be on it off as well as the extra sauce ordered. Might I mention this is after sitting in drive through for 30 mins then going back in and waited another 20. Nothing fast about it.
